We'll meet on zoom each Saturday 10am MT / 12pm ET for education and strength training together. Each week there is a new focus and a new program. The sessions will be recorded if you miss or want to use the workout during the week. At the end of this program we will have worked out together for 9 weeks, and you will have 9 work out sessions to use moving forward!
