Aging with health and vitality is at the core of our work. Creating balance in every aspect of our lives is the true measure of vibrant health.  

We use our education and experience, the wisdom traditions of yoga and ayurveda along with current science to create our workshops, cleanses, classes, and retreats for women in any season of life.

WHY

YOGA?

This ancient wisdom tradition has been passed down from teacher to student for thousands of years. The word yoga  comes from the sanskrit root “yuj which  means to join, to unite, or to connect. Ideally the practice of yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness creating harmony between the mind and body, between man and nature. The practice of yoga supports all of our being; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual so we feel connected and at ease with ourselves and others. 

 

 

 

Ayurveda grew up with Yoga and is often called Yoga’s sister science. It is the oldest continuing system of medicine on the planet. The guiding principle of Ayurveda is disease prevention by harmonizing the body's rhythm with nature. How we tend to the day or dinacharya is how we find that rhythm. These simple daily self care practices are at the heart of health and when combined with the practices of yoga make for powerful medicine.

MASTER SERIES

"The Art of Aging Well" is our newest program that targets women as they age.

In our 1st master series, Yoga for Aging Bodies, we cover the 3 fundamentals; movement, food, and daily habits, all designed especially for women (we are not small men).

We'll hang out for 6 weeks; 3 weeks of education and 3 weeks of continued support and practice together to keep the momentum. 

You'll be in a supportive community of like minded women, learning and incorporating the teachings together. 

Yoga for Aging Bodies begins Monday 5pm MT June 5th. Registration coming soon.

CLEANSES & DETOXES

Ayurveda teaches us that seasonal cleansing in the spring and the fall are essential to optimal health and vitality. 

Our bodies are designed to naturally flush toxins daily, but with our current environment and present day lifestyle detoxing is necessary to achieve greater health and wellbeing. 

Our cleanses and detoxes are designed for you to do in the comfort of your space. You can choose from a quick 3 or 7 day reset to a full 3 weeks to reboot and rejuvenate.

We launch these programs in the spring and the fall. Registration for our fall detox coming soon.

RETREATS

Our retreats are a combination of yoga, ayurveda, deep learning, community, and fun.

They are created for women who are interested in a deep dive through experience and exploration, in a supportive group of like minded women. 

Yoga practices include daily yoga asana, breath work, and meditation. Ayurvedic self care practices can include self body massage, dry skin brushing, cooking programs, and understanding your own constitution, called your dosha.

Local excursions are offered. They differ depending where we are but are always interesting and fun.

1:1 AYURVEDIC HEALTH COACHING

 

Ayurveda looks at the whole person; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual to create ease and balance in your own individual constitution.

Your session includes identifying your unique constitution (called a dosha), exploring your personal challenges, and implementing simple practices of Ayurveda to support these challenges and create balance in your whole being.

Ayurveda is a simple, safe and profound science that has brought healing and balance to people for over 5000 years.
