Group Meditation

We all know that things are easier in a group right! When we want to incorporate a new practice or learn a new skill, a group is by far the better choice, rather than trying to do it alone.
Lets meditate together!
Put the techniques you learn from this course into practice during our 21 day group meditation sessions. Every morning we'll meet on Zoom at 6:30 am MT / 8:30 am ET for 20 minutes to help establish a consistent practice (and yes these will be recorded too.)
Come as you are, show up live with us and use the power of group energy to embed a new daily routine. After 21 days you will feel the difference!Â

Week 1 - Meditation and the Relationship to Stress and Mental Health
This week, we’ll dive into how stress impacts our mental state, exploring how our thoughts shape our actions and overall well-being. We’ll also focus on the specific benefits of this week’s meditation and how it can help bring your mind into a state of balance, clarity, and calm. Through this practice, you’ll begin to experience the powerful connection between meditation and mental health, setting the foundation for greater emotional resilience and inner peace.
Week 2 - Meditation and the Relationship to Physical Health
This week, we’ll explore how stress affects the function of our vagus nerve, along with its impact on both brain and gut health. We’ll also dive into the benefits of this week’s meditation practice and how it can help calm and nourish your body. By focusing on these connections, you’ll discover how meditation can promote balance and support your overall well-being, reducing the physical effects of stress.
Week 3 - Meditation and the Relationship to Emotional Health
In our final week, we’ll explore Svadhyaya, the practice of self-study, and how understanding our emotions can help us manage our behavior. We’ll look at how our feelings shape our actions and how meditation can increase self-awareness, allowing us to better manage stress responses and reduce negative emotions. Through this week’s meditation, you’ll cultivate emotional resilience and learn how to create a healthier relationship with your feelings, fostering a greater sense of balance and inner peace
