I have just purchased a beautiful beach home in the Bethany Beach area and I'm inviting you to come enjoy the beach this summer.

My vision is to rent to like minded people who would enjoy staying in a home, rather than a rental property. 

Imaging hopping on your bike and riding into town or the beach (only 17 minutes, I did it and it was easy), or by car it's only 5 minutes! 

Or take a take a dip in the large community pool that's just across the street!

Welcome to my new beach home

 

It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit townhouse surrounded by a lush flower garden, green grass, and trees. 

It has a nice backyard patio to enjoy this beautiful setting either in the sweet morning light with a cup of coffee, or in the evening with a glass of wine. 

Did you know that Bethany Beach DE is one of the most sought after beach experiences on the east coast? It’s because of it’s quiet and safe environment. My home is located only 2.5 miles from downtown Bethany in the neighborhood of Bethany Meadows. It’s a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood that has it’s own large community pool (right across the street) and tennis court (which you will have access to if you stay).

  • Sleeps 6 (1 queen, 2 twins, 1 daybed with trundle)
  • 2.5 miles from the ocean (takes 17 minutes to bike and 5 minutes to drive)
  • Fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances

  • Nice back patio surrounded by flowers, grassy area, and trees where you can relax under the big shade umbrella or enjoy coffee in the sweet morning light
  • It came fully decorated and furnished and I have made some initial changes to make it my own. It’s bright and cheery with unique qualities unlike other commonly rented beach homes. 
  • Internet / large smart TV
  • It’s an entire home, not shared with anyone else.
  • 2 parking spaces directly in front, making transition from car to house easy and accessible 

 

Imagine driving up to the house, easily unloading the car, getting settled, jumping into your swimsuit and heading to the pool or beach!

I'm here with my daughter Tiannon, and we want to share  our beach house with you. 

It's the perfect place for families and friends to gather. 

I have spent a lot of time in Bethany Beach and have always dreamed of my own beach haven, and it finally happened! 

But here's the thing....I live in New Mexico now, so can't use it like I would if I was still in Maryland. 

So I'd love for you to come and stay.

Weekly rentals during the summer season in June, July, August are from Sunday to Sunday. All other dates is a 3 night minimum stay.

Please contact me if you want a shorter rental time. I’ll accommodate your request as best as I can.

REFUNDS: You will receive a full refund if you cancel 30 days prior to your date. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel within 10 days. No refund after the 10 day period.
