Spend Memorial Day Weekend with us in the mountains 🌿
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Rooted in Ayurveda, yoga, modern science, and real-life practices, you’ll leave with simple, sustainable tools to support lasting vitality and resilience — the kind of wellness that actually fits your life.
We’ll gather at the Himalayan Institute in the Pocono Mountains, a place that’s deeply special to us. It’s where we spent many weekends during our Ayurvedic training, and it remains one of our favorite spaces to rest, learn, and reconnect. We truly can’t imagine a more supportive setting for our Spring 2026 Wise Women’s Wellness Retreat.
Peaceful, beautiful, and easy to get to, this five-day immersion offers space for nature, nourishing movement, and meaningful connection with other women.
When was the last time you let yourself be held by all of that… and remembered how good it feels to be deeply supported?
It’s Time To Give Yourself this Gift
